The firm aims to consolidate ecologically responsible management protocols, reducing SRS’ environmental footprint, through concrete and regularly monitored measures.
The SRS Social Dividend Model seeks to reward employees and society in general through concrete Social Responsibility initiatives and by promoting a balance between Professional and Personal Life. This model is based on the SRS Balance programme, which promotes initiatives that contribute to reconciling the demands of professional life with the personal/family needs of employees, in line with the SRS Mission and Values. SRS Balance includes concepts such as Time, Comfort, Health, Flexibility and Social Responsibility.
SRS' Governance comprises two statutory bodies: Board of Directors and Advisory Committee.
To improve society's living conditions, within the ambit of the pursuit of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the UN for 2030, through participation in volunteer initiatives and fundraising activities for the implementation of projects or by directly contributing to the free access to Law/ Justice, namely through the provision of legal services on a pro bono basis.
