Around People.
Maria a partner at SRS Legal and is currently its People and Culture Director.
Prior to her current role, Maria headed the Employment Department's International and Crossborder Advisory practice.
Maria began her professional career in 2001 as a trainee lawyer in the Firm's Employment Department where she practiced employment law for over two decades. During this period, she focussed predominantly on specialized HR legal advisory to non-Portuguese-speaking clients, such as international multinational companies, international law firms and diplomatic missions.
In 2023, Maria joined SRS Legal's Management Team as People and Culture Director, and is responsible for its strategic development and execution.
Her mission is to bring SRS Legal's People and Business closer together.
