Head of the Francophone Desk at SRS Legal, Françoise Le Quer has an extensive experience in the Insurance sector in France and Portugal. She advises insurance companies on regulatory matters, on design and development of life and non-life insurance products, including group insurance as well as drafting of the full range of policies documents, contracts and agreements required by the insurance activity.
