«SRS Legal advised ECS on the acquisition of B&B Montijo, a 112-room hotel leased to B&B Hotels and previously owned by a partnership between Sunny BB and Casais. The purchase was made through the Portugal Strategic Growth Fund, which is managed by ECS.
The building has around 4,200 square metres of gross floor area, spread over four floors above ground, as well as a basement with 15 parking spaces. In a statement, the office explained that it is leased to the B&B Hotels group.
The SRS team involved in this operation was led by Neuza Pereira de Campos, the Partner responsible for the Real Estate department, and was joined by Banking and Finance Partner João Santos Carvalho and Real Estate Associate José Pinto Santos.
