"In order for Social Security to be able to recognise the involuntary nature of complaints made between 1 May and 30 November 2023, there would have to be a legislative change to that effect, extending its effects to that period of time," she points out.
"Until the involuntary nature of this type of complaint is recognised by the worker, it will have to be treated, for the purposes of access to unemployment benefit, as any complaint on the worker's initiative, i.e. without the right to unemployment benefit," she adds.
