Public Procurement Newsletter - Alterations to Public Procurement Regime approved

It was announced the approval, in the Council of Ministers of last May 18th, of a Decree-Law that, aiming to alter the execution norms of the State Budget for 2023, also proceeds with alterations in the Public Contracting regime.
