Decree-Law no. 11/2023, of 10 February, was published, reforming and simplifying several environmental licenses.

DL no. 11/2023 aims to reform and simplify some existing licensing procedures by eliminating licenses, authorisations, acts and procedures that are dispensable or redundant with regard to the protection of environmental resources, in an attempt to simplify the activities of companies without compromising environmental protection.
