The Fifth Edition of Startup Lab by SRS is over
The fifth edition of Startup Lab by SRS came to an end on 19 July 2024.
The final day consisted of a Demo Day in the SRS Legal Auditorium, in which eight startups - Porada App, Quizzability, Bumatic, CodArte, Fetalix, TC Budgeting, By the Law and E-skins - presented their pitches to potential partners and investors. At the end, those present in the room voted for their favourite. The winners were announced by Paulo Bandeira, the Partner responsible for the Startups area at SRS Legal and by Carlos Mendes and Francisco Ascensão, partners and founders of UNION Venture Builders.
The big winner of this edition was Fetalix, which won a voucher for the UNION Venture Builder Programme, worth two thousand euros. In second and third place, respectively, were By the Law and CodArte. These three startups will be entitled to a legal support package from SRS Legal.
Startup Lab by SRS returns in September this year for its sixth edition.
The programme continues to be guided by three pillars:
1. UNION Nest: Focuses on the ideation and incubation phase, combining the experience of SRS Legal with the expertise of UNION Venture Builders.
2. UNION Builder: Supports the validation and execution of business plans with the support of experienced executives.
3. UNION Capital: Offers access to capital and investment resources to help startups grow.
