SRS Legal strenghtens Tax Law Department with Diogo Feio

SRS Legal is pleased to announce that Diogo Feio has joined its Tax Department as an Of Counsel.

With his vast and solid experience, Diogo Feio represents an unequivocal asset to the reputation and consolidation of SRS's presence in the tax area, allowing us to expand the solutions to the challenges presented by our clients in a crucial and constantly evolving area

Diogo Feio has a doctorate in legal and economic sciences, specialises in and teaches tax law and has published several works in this area. Recognised for his expertise and ability to solve complex problems, he has an extensive track record of success in high-profile cases. He was also an independent member of the IRS Reform Commission and a Tax Arbitrator at the Administrative Arbitration Centre for a decade.

In addition to a track record of excellence and undeniable recognition in tax matters, his time in government (2004 and 2005) and his experience as a member of Parliament (2002 to 2009) and in the European Parliament (2009 to 2014) have enabled him to get to grips with the workings of the European Union and the State, and to add skills in key areas for the future of companies, including the digital and energy transition and sustainability.
