SRS Legal shortlisted for 'Wellbeing Firm of the Year' at the IFLR Legal Benchmarking Group Social Impact Awards 2024

SRS Legal has been shortlisted for Wellbeing Firm of the Year at the Legal Benchmarking Group Social Impact Awards 2024, organised by IFLR.

According to IFLR, “the judging panel were particularly impressed by SRS Legal's comprehensive #SRS Balance programme, which promotes work-life balance through additional leave days, flexible work arrangements, health and wellness initiatives, and various supportive services, demonstrating a strong commitment to employee wellbeing.”

These awards identify the leading law firms in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) region that are transforming the culture of large firms, creating a more inclusive legal sector. From developing a culture of belonging to implementing policies and programmes that promote fairness and opportunities for all, the selected firms have set a benchmark for the legal sector to follow.

The awards ceremony will take place on 12 September in London.
