SRS Legal has joined forces with international law firm Simmons & Simmons to provide the Portuguese chapter for its online Clean Energy Tool.
The tool provides online access to a reliable and consistent legal and regulatory overview for investors looking to develop renewable energy projects in a range of over 45 jurisdictions and counting, across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Latin America, including Portugal.
The Q&A style information is standardised across all jurisdictions, enabling subscribers to easily compare how to bring renewable energy projects to market in multiple jurisdictions. The aim of the tool is to help streamline the process of making investment decisions in clean energy infrastructure.
SRS Legal has been working with Simmons & Simmons to provide the Portuguese chapter on developing and investing in clean energy infrastructure in Portugal. This covers all aspects of renewable energy projects, from resource consenting, acquisition of land, structuring, revenue streams and disputes.
The Clean Energy Tool assists potential investors when making decisions on clean energy projects in Portugal. We’re honoured to be the chosen Portuguese law firm to contribute to the Clean Energy Tool and work with Simmons & Simmons on this project.
