SRS Legal advises Eurobic shareholders on the sale of 57.5% of the bank's share capital to Abanca

SRS Legal advised a group of shareholders of Banco BIC Português, S.A. (EuroBic) on the sale of 57.5 per cent of the bank's share capital to Abanca, concluded on July 11th, 2024.

The SRS Legal team was led by Gabriela Rodrigues Martins (Of Counsel) and also included Alexandra Valente (Partner) and Andreia Rodrigues Lopes (Associate). Abanca was advised by Morais Leitão, Galvão Teles, Soares da Silva & Associados, in a team led by Eduardo Paulino which also included lawyers Nuno Sobreira and Tiago Félix da Costa.
