SRS Legal advises Eurobic on the sale of 57,5% of its capital to Abanca

SRS Legal, in a team led by Gabriela Rodrigues Martins and Alexandra Valente, advised a group of Eurobic shareholders on the negotiation of the sale of 57.5 per cent of the bank's capital to Abanca.

Abanca, in turn, was advised by the Morais Leitão team, led by Eduardo Paulino.
