SRS Advogados creates Wealth Management Department

SRS Advogados has created a specialised Wealth Management group, with the aim of complementing and improving the services it provides to its private clients.

"This practice area is incredibly challenging, requiring a multidisciplinary team combining expertise in tax, real estate, immigration and civil law" remarked Pedro Rebelo de Sousa, Senior Partner of SRS Advogados.

"This new department will respond to growing demand from private, Portuguese, and international clients. With it, we will be able to provide more personalised advice," emphasised José Pedroso de Melo, Managing Associate at SRS Advogados, and one of the coordinators of the new Wealth Management group.

Maria de Melo Franco, a lawyer with extensive experience in Wealth Management, will join SRS Advogados from Chiarottino e Nicoletti Advogados Brasil as part of the new group. Maria spent a large part of her career with Pinheiro Neto Advogados Brasil and in the legal department at JP Morgan Chase Vastera Brasil.
