SRS Advogados appoints Maria de Lancastre Valente as Partner

Maria de Lancastre Valente is the partner responsible for the Employment Department’s International Business Unit, bringing the number of partners at SRS Advogados up to 23.

Maria heads the International Business Unit of SRS Advogados’ Employment Department, focussing mainly on the support to international clients, namely multinational corporations, international law firms and diplomatic missions.

In this context, Maria has extensive experience in cross-border HR-related operations, as well as corporate restructures and business reorganisation exercises, TUPE, management of senior positions and remuneration and benefits.

Maria also regularly advises on issues related to international HR mobility.

Maria holds a degree in law from the Catholic University of Portugal and a Postgraduate Diploma in Employment law from the University of Lisbon.
