SRS Advogados advises Ynvisible on their reverse takeover

SRS Advogados advises YD Ynvisible, S.A. (“Ynvisible”) on their reverse takeover (“RTO”) with Canadian company Ynvisible Interactive INC. (former Network Exploration Ltd.), which acquired 94.19% of the issued and outstanding shares of Ynvisible.

Alexandra Valente, Partner at SRS Advogados, lead the team also comprising the lawyers Neuza Pereira de Campos and Kathleen Hoffmann Barley, who advised Ynvisible in Portugal on the RTO that resulted in a public offering listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, based in Toronto, with the issue of 24.6 million common shares of Ynvisible Interactive INC. at a deemed price of $0.30 per share, as well as 1.3 million shares as payment of a finder's fee in connection with the RTO.

The RTO, as well as the prospectus offering on the TSX Venture Exchange, were a success with full subscription of Ynvisible Interactive INC.’s offered shares.

Ynvisibleis a Portuguese leading smart label developer, which focuses on the development and commercialization of electrochromic displays. It also provides product design, research and development, and prototyping services, serving the shipping, healthcare, consumer packaged goods and printed graphics industries.
