Senior lawyers and SRS Managing Associate appointed in 2022 finalise 2nd edition of the programme "Communication - Let's make it happen!"

The programme, designed by Abilways in close communication with SRS Legal, is composed of a DiSC ® assessment, a feedback session and three modules: Communication, Relationship and Excellence.

It fits into a context in which SRS Legal seeks to foster a culture that enhances communication within its professional teams, both among themselves and with clients and stakeholders in the firm. Centred around the "art of communicating" in all its comprehensiveness, it aims to

- make SRS's communicational style known;

- help build harmonious relationships with others;

- fostering excellence in people and organisations;

- develop a culture of communication based on consistency and feedback.
