Sara Estima Martins is the latest Partner appointment at SRS Advogados. This appointment is in addition to the 6 Partner appointments that SRS Advogados made in 2020.

Sara Estima Martins has over 15 years of experience in the area of competition law. She was a partner at PLMJ from 2016 and her experience covers competition law matters, including merger operations, cartels and other horizontal practices, vertical agreements and abuses of dominant position. She has advised clients on the implementation of internal competition law compliance programmes and undertakings in matters of European Union law, in particular in matters of freedom of movement, structural funds, the common agricultural policy and access to documents of the European Union institutions, often representing them before the European Commission and the Court of Justice. She was a Secondee Associate in the Competition Law Department of Allen & Overy in Madrid. Sara is a graduate of the University of Coimbra Law School and has an LL.M in EU Law from the College of Europe, Bruges, Belgium.
