Regina Santos Pereira, Partner at SRS Advogados, will launch the book '110 Questions and Answers on New Tenancy Laws' with co-author Filomena Lança, journalist from Jornal de Negócios, on 28 Maio at 18h, at the Almedina bookstore in the Saldanha Atrium in Lisbon.
Three years have passed since the Urban Rental Reform and there are still just as many doubts for landlords as there are for tenants. Based on real examples, the book aims to give straight-forward answers to readers without a legal background. Apart from tenancy laws, the manual also revises the changes to rented buildings as well as tax changes and new laws that in 2015 have already imposed the requirement to issue electronic receipts online.
This book is aimed at landlords, tenants and generally all those involved in property businesses or intend to invest in property. The introduction will be made by Helena Garrido, Director of Jornal de Negócios.
