João Filipe Graça launches book "Comentários sobre Contratação Pública

João Filipe Graça, associate at SRS Legal, recently launched a book entitled "Comments on Public Procurement".

Published by Almedina and with a preface by Professor Pedro Costa Gonçalves, it brings together various comments - some in co-autorship with José Luís Moreira da Silva - on Public Procurement, most of which João Filipe Graça has had the opportunity to address in the course of his work as a lawyer in the area of Administrative Law and Public Procurement at SRS Legal.

The topics analysed in this publication are approached through a dialogue between various doctrinal positions, jurisprudence and legal solutions, responding to each case.
