Following on from the 1st Congress held in 2022, which was attended by around 200 people and more than 30 speakers, the 2nd Portuguese Competition Congress was held at the ICC Portugal premises in Lisbon. It offered unique opportunities for professionals from different areas - companies, associations, judges, academics, parliamentarians, representatives of civil society, regulatory authorities, lawyers and journalists - to network. The 2023 edition featured five sessions, with topics aimed at both younger and more experienced professionals.
The main conclusions of the Congress will give rise to Recommendations that will be communicated to institutions and organisations, including Parliament, the Government, the European Parliament and the European Commission. The Congress was supported by SRS Legal.
